My Story

This is it! Dawn and I are aiming to  complete our three peaks challenge by reaching the summit of Yr Wyddfa ( Snowdon) on the 16th Sept 23 - roughly a year since our start.

We completed Ben Nevis Sept 2022 - a glorious day with a long tough climb. This was followed in April 2023 by Scafell Pike, which was far tougher dues to rain and SNOW!!

Throughtout, Alice has been our motivation. The Makaton Charity have given Alice a way to understand and communicate within the world around her, through a vocabulary which has grown with her needs as she has become a young woman. We can never repay the Makaton Charity for this precious gift, and so we are fundraising and raising awareness for them. 

You may have already supported Leg 1 and/or 2 of our challenge - thank you so much- we have raised almost £1500 in total to date and are overwhelmed by this ! If you meant to donate previously and didnt get around to it then maybe you can donate now.
